Privacy Policy
Effective 7 November 2026
The short version
- No account. We don't collect your name, email or anything you type.
- Your progress, streak and settings are stored only on your phone.
- No ads, no analytics and no tracking.
This policy covers the Mean Streak iPhone app and this website. Mean Streak is made by Lexter Lavin ("we"). If you have a question, email scoozienavarro@gmail.com.
What stays on your phone
- Your progress. Lessons finished, XP, your streak, rest days, bits, challenges, achievements, the mistakes you're practising and your settings are saved on your device. They are not sent to us. Deleting the app deletes them.
- The course. Every lesson, question and mini-game is built into the app or generated on your phone, so you don't need an internet connection or an account to learn.
- Reminders. If you turn on the daily reminder, it is scheduled on your phone by iOS. We don't run a notification server and don't receive any token or identifier for it.
No ads, analytics or tracking
The app contains no advertising, analytics or tracking software, and it doesn't send anything to a server of ours. Nothing you do in the app is shared with us or with anyone else.
Purchases
Purchases are handled entirely by Apple. We don't receive your payment details or Apple ID; the app only learns whether Mean Streak Pro has been bought. It's shared with your Family Sharing group.
Children
Mean Streak is a general-audience learning app. It is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above. Significant changes will also be mentioned in the app's release notes.
